Quinten van Es

Quinten van Es is an experienced (HR)IT consultant. After starting his career in a technical position, Quinten has become an all-round consultant. Quinten owns strong analytical skills and has specific knowledge and experience regarding improving and professionalizing IT organizations. Recently Quinten was involved in developing HRIT strategies for amongst others Essent, Royal Ten Cate and DSM and in performing a quick scan of the IT organization of 9292 and Crucell.

Next to that he has been participating in improvement projects for IT organizations of Maasstad Hospital, Infinitas Learning, Enexis, Shell and the Ministry of Interior of the Netherlands. He also has implemented several SAAS performance management solutions for international clients such as DSM and Wolters Kluwer.

Quinten as project lead recently finished a high profile confidential European HCM market study for an undisclosed multinational.
