Strategy Alignment

In the first phase of Organization Development we focus on establishing or testing the strategic framework. FCTB can help you by:

• reviewing your organization and/or business unit strategy for clarity and consistency
• fine-tuning the organizational and/or business unit strategy (where required)
• reviewing and advising on the translation of your strategy into its actual introduction and execution

FCTB uses the strategy alignment scan to do this.

This phase results in an analysis and recommendations with respect to your strategy and how to fine-tune it and translate it to your organization. Subsequently we will work with you to design a plan for carrying out the recommended or necessary changes to your organization or strategy.
