Organization Development

FCTB sees Organization Development as the organizing of programmes to develop and improve the workings of an organization. Our starting point is the organization’s strategy, which we assess and fine-tune where necessary. We then collaboratively design comprehensive change programmes and help execute them.

We usually alternate the application of ‘hard’ interventions related to processes, systems and structures with ‘soft’ interventions related to competencies, behaviour, leadership and culture.

FCTB always looks at how these different aspects of an organization fit together. These various elements are set out in the Business Elements Model designed by FCTB.

In helping organizations with their development, FCTB distinguishes between four phases:
