Business Process Alignment

Business Process Alignment helps you organize procedures effectively and efficiently, and bring them in line with company objectives. By translating company objectives into process indicators and monitoring them via a management dashboard, you can manage your business processes continuously and proactively.
Our Business Process Alignment approach has two components:

  • Business Process Redesign: reorganizing and improving procedures
  • Business Performance Management: organizing a steering mechanism and dashboards for measurement and improvement

 

We base our methods on the assumption that:

  • The company’s focus is on meeting clients' needs. This means that all business processes are aimed at delivering added value for internal and external clients.
  • All business processes are aligned with each other and are there to support the business’s primary process and objectives
