Introduction to FCTB

FCTB is an independent management consultancy firm. With a passionate team, we help organizations to perform better. Therefore, we put employees at the core of developing organizations. Indeed, it is people that do the work and, as result, achieve strategies. Our motto is for good reason: people drive performance.

FCTB was founded in 2002 and has since been located on the Museumplein in Amsterdam. Currently, FCTB has about 25 passionate professionals, as well as a large network of associates.
