Business Process Redesign
FCTB uses Business Process Redesign to identify, analyse, prioritize, design/redesign and implement improved business procedures.
The objective is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of business procedures, making them "lean and mean" so as to improve the performance of the organization as a whole. BPR can deliver added value to organizations where:
• business procedures are not optimized (effectiveness and efficiency)
• cooperation between and within departments could be improved (chain procedures)
• procedures, tasks, roles and powers lack clarity
• there is a need to look at how well processes are performing
