Business Performance Management

With Business Performance Management FCTB focuses on setting up dashboards based on process and performance indicators in line with the business strategy. The goal is to support organizations in providing insight into the business operation and control of performance of organizations.

In order to do so, FCTB supports organizations with the following activities:

• Definition of strategic themes based on the business strategy
• Identification of process and performance indicators contributing to the strategy
• Identification of data sources of identified process and performance indicators
• Definition of requirements and decision-making related to dashboard technology
• Set-up of dashboards and reports
• Structurization of performance monitoring
